"Years ago, I didn't like working out and had a hard time motivating myself to do so. In 2002 when I stopped going out to work and started working at home, I decided to join a gym. The gym charged me a lot of money and I had a trainer who gave me the same boring workout every time I was there.
A friend recommended Mark to me and I started seeing him in 2005. Ever since I started working out with Mark, I've really enjoyed my workouts. He varies them all the time so I'm not always doing the same workout. Mark is also very patient, and best yet, he comes to my condo and we work out in my condo gym, or we go outside to exercise as well.
This is better as I am blind and don't have to worry about traveling to the gym. Mark knows how to set up a program for blind people, and does a good job of explaining everything to make sure I'm comfortable in understanding the workout. I would recommend Mark to anyone."
